She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Francis Feltenberger (Sue) of Willimantic Ct and Linda Perry of Biddeford Me; her husband David of Hampton; her siblings, Sue Brayman of Norwich, CT. and Len Howell (Sue) of Vernon; her stepchild Judith Chobot of Plainfield; her son Phil Feltenberger; and her siblings, Judson Kemp, Thomas Howell, Michael Howell, John Howell, George Howell Phil Kemp, Herbert Kemp, Robert Howell, Minne Halbach and Dorothy Howell. She was also cherished by Thirteen grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Harriet to a charity of the donors choice.
