He was predeceased by: his nephew Earl Enlund. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Wayne Enlund of Brooklyn, CT, Anna Quayle (Joe), George F. Quayle (Carol) of Oregon, Bryan Quayle (Christine) of Idaho, Gene Enlund and Diana Enlund. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Quayle's name to your local Hospice, Shriners Hospital for Children or SPCA.
