She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary James (Cummings) and Clinton James; and her husband Leonard Hamel. She is survived by: her children, Donna Konicki of Rhode Island and James Hamel (Lenore) of Killingly, CT; her sister Janet Landry (Louis) of North Franklin, CT; her grandchildren, Sara Argiro (Brian) and Benjamin Konicki (Lilly); and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Liliana and Colton Argiro.
