He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantine Thanasouras and Yiannoula Thanasouras (Diamondopoulos); and his wife Irene C. Dillon (Deligiannis). He is survived by: his children, Constantine of Brooklyn and Yannoula Ballassi (George) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Gregory (Lauren) of Norwich and Amanda (Kevin Harris) of East Lyme; and his sibling-in-law Lamia. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces and godchildren.
