He is survived by: his wife Wendy A. Waltz (Ballard); his daughters, Stephanie Waltz of New Milford, CT and Jennifer Waltz of Brookfield, CT; his granddaughter Samantha Waltz of Brookfield, CT; and his siblings, Sherri J. Freitas of New Fairfield, CT and Walter E. Olson of Thomaston, CT..
