With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Rose Swan of Brookfield, Connecticut, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 5, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vittorio Cacace and Carmella Cacace (Perry); her sister Angela; and her close friend Mary Stahley. She is survived by: her former husband Francis Dunleavy; her children, David Dunleavy (Cindy) and Diana Newbert (Dennis) of New Milford, CT; her brother-in-law Frank Timan of Danbury; her grandchildren, Alex Dunleavy (Melina), Jordan Dunleavy (Jennifer), Carli Arnold (Garrett) and Jaclyn Newbert (Dan Nichols); her great grandchildren, Aidan and Colby; and also, Linda, Pam, Margaret and Marie.

Memorial donations may be made to the: Daily Bread Food Pantry, P.O. Box 2, Danbury, CT. 06813-0002.
