It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Rowley of Brookfield, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Napoleon and Mabelle Rowley (Chemidlin); his daughter Elizabeth Rowley; his son-in-law Robert Higley; his brother Louis Emile Rowley; his mother-in-law Ethelle Luque; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel, Earl Luque, Deborah Rosenberg and Peggy Luque.
He is survived by: his wife Emily Rowley (Luque); his daughter Victoria Higley; his brother David C. Rowley; his sister-in-law Barbara Mora; his grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Higley, Robyn Elizabeth Higley and Casey Rebecca Pratt; and his great grandchild Ruby Grace Higley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Social distancing and facial covering will be required. A Celebration of Life will take place when there are no longer restrictions regarding social distancing.
