With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrna A. Barra of Brookfield, Connecticut, who passed away on December 28, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephanie Barone (Bavetz) and Socrates A. W. Barone; her husband Gerald G. Barra; and her grandson Michael Gagliardi. She is survived by: her children, Arlene Barra (John Morris Jr.) of Brookfield, CT, Nancy Barra (William Jones) of Sandy Hook, CT and Mark Barra (Carol Gemayel-Barra) of Sandy Hook, CT; her grandchildren, Megan Gagliardi, Christopher Morris, Rachel Morris, Shannon Barra-Lopez, Matthew Barra and Alexis Barra; her siblings, Arlene McAuliffe (Terrence McAuliffe) of Middlebury, CT and Ronald Barone (Beverly Barone) of Scottsdale, AZ; and her close friend Dennis Kubisek of Danbury, CT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
