She was predeceased by: her parents, Paolo (Carmela Vitale) and Bridgeport; and her brother Vittorio. She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her daughters, Anna Rita Recine of Clinton, Patty and Eddie Bednarik of Brookfield; her grandchildren, Angela, Isabella Recine, Julia and Joseph Bednarik; and her siblings, Natalia, Luigi Vitale and Rocco Vitale of Milford. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
