It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L Carpenter of Brookfield, Connecticut, born in Stamford, Connecticut, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carpenter and Dorothy Carpenter (Wilson); and his sons, Gary and David Carpenter. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Carpenter (Thorne); his children, John S. Carpenter and Carol Perot; and his sister Grace Walter. He is also survived by three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
