With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joel Carter Heineken of Brookfield, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 64. For Joel Carter is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian A. Heineken, Sr. of Norwalk, CT and Alice H. Lauder of Norwalk, CT.. He is survived by: his children, Rhiannon Heineken of Brookfield, CT, Kristyl Heineken of Ashland, OR and Joel R. Heineken of Arvada, CO.; his grandchildren, Danika Gesler and Berlin Gesler of Brookfield, CT.; and his siblings, Christian Heineken, MD (Sheila Heineken, RN) of Shelton, Lee Garstick (Larry) of Rochester Hills, Clinton Heineken (Christine) of Elk Grove and Eric Heineken of Brookfield, Connecticut.. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Raymond Funeral Home (5 E Wall St, Norwalk, CT 06851).
