It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Morrissey (Brookfield, Connecticut), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on January 2, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cartwright and Mary Cartwright (Delaney); her husband Edward; and her sister Rita Cartwright. She is survived by: her sons, Edward (Mary Beth), James (Doreen), Joseph (Barbara), Kevin (Sherry) and Donald (Elizabeth). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Church Holy Family Hall Fund.
