He is survived by: his wife AnnMariee Elwell; his daughter Hailey Mariee Elwell of Brookfield; his siblings, Joseph Elwell of Terryville, Lisa Baldwin of Brookfield and Jeanne Gebert (Wayne) of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Baldwin, Megan Gebert, Joseph Elwell, Jr., David Elwell, Ryan Gebert, Tyler Elwell and Michael Baldwin; and his sister-in-law Kathy Harris (Brad).
