She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Casale, MD; and her parents, Antoine Hertoghe and Germaine Hertoghe (Jonckheere). She is survived by: her children, Diane (Barry Cline) of Spirlet, Andre of Spirlet, Ginette McCloskey (Joseph) and Marie Beebe (Bradford); her grandchildren, Timothy McCloskey, Brian McCloskey (Tony Guerrera), Paul McCloskey (Kara), Jake McCloskey (Amanda Schneider), Alayna Beebe-Richard (Olivier Richard), Alexander Beebe, Chandler (MacKenzie McDaniels) of Spirlet, Hansen of Spirlet and Sage of Spirlet; her great grandchildren, Charles and Isabella; and her siblings, Guy Hertoghe (Beatrice), Nicole (Hertoghe), Vercruysse (Albert Vermier), Paul Hertoghe (Micheline), Antoine Hertoghe (Marie), Nanou Ansiaux (Hertoghe), Catherine (Hertoghe) of Smedt and Ignace Cols (Manon). She is also survived by her 9 step children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
