It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Joseph Callahan III of Brookfield, Connecticut, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Callahan, Jr. and Christina Lavin Callahan; his sister Patricia Callahan; and his daughter Deborah Callahan Spagnolo. He is survived by: his son Brian Callahan; his daughter-in-law Becca Callahan of Trumbull, Connecticut; his son Kevin Callahan of New York; his sister Mary Ann Golden; his brother-in-law David Golden of Loudon, Tennessee; his brother Donald Callahan; his sister-in-law Madeline Callahan of Traverse City, Michigan; and his granddaughters, Erin Spagnolo and Jaime Spagnolo of Brookfield, Connecticut.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St Marguerite Church (138 Candlewood Lake Rd, Brookfield, CT 06804). A reception was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Del Primo's (450 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT 06804).
