He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Butenas and John Butenas; and his son Jeffrey Butenas. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Todd Butenas (Diane) of Brentwood, NH and Mark Butenas (Jennifer) of Stratham, NH; his grandchildren, Cory Belczyk (April), Zachary, Benjamin and Emilee Butenas; his great grandchild Ashton Belczyk; and his sisters, Judith Holden and Donna Clisby (Dean).
