She is survived by: her son Donald Dzen Jr. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Steven, Nicholas and Elizabeth; her son Joseph Dzen (Holly); her grandchildren, Jordan, Joe Jr. and Alexandra; her godchildren, Anita Tran, David Schon, Nancy Palauskas, Diane Gauvin, David Welton and Morgan Carroll; and her caregiver Narissa. She is also survived by her family, several nieces, nephews, in-laws, close friends, and extended family.
