He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Mosher and Esther Mosher (VanPatton). He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, James A. Mosher II (Renee), Kevin P. Mosher (Amanda) and Kristen Mosher (Peter Smith) of West Haven; his grandchildren, Emily, Natalie, Maxwell, Margaret, McKinley, Isaac, Luke, Jacob, Peter and Payton; and his siblings, William Mosher, Jeff Mosher, John Kempf, Thomas Mosher and Carol Mosher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
