He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara O'Brien, and Edward "Larry" O'Brien, Sr.; and his sisters, Dorothy O'Donnell, Francis Fulwider and Irene Fiege.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn B. O'Brien of Broad Brook; his son Edward "Ted"; his daughter-in-law Dustii of Lafayette, LA; his daughter Kathleen "KC" of Hermosa Beach, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Mike and Robyn Laga of Northampton, MA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to the Warehouse Point Library, 107 Main Street, East Windsor, CT 06088 in Edward O'Brien, Jr.'s name.
