He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Galazka and Helen Galazka; and his sister Rita Lukowski. He is survived by: his wife Florence Annette Fink; his daughters, Jeanne Marie Galazka of Brandon, FL, Annette Carlson (Tom) of Edisto Beach, SC, Lisa Was (Allan) of Ridgeville, SC and Laurie Caouette (Mike) of Bristol, CT; his grandchildren, Dean Carlson (Katie), Tiffany Grivakis (Thomas), Kevin Carlson (Kelsey), Monique Cote (Nick), Alex Treimanis, Dylan Carlson, Cameron Caouette and Jake Was; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Avery, Braedon Carlson, Brooklyn and Brayden Grivakis.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
