He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thomas Skinner, Francis Skinner and Theresa McDermott. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen of Wilmington, DE, Mary Ellen of Bristol and Vincent Jr. (Marian); and his sister Patricia (Robert Wilson) of Bristol. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces.
