He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Victoria Kelly (Borkoski); his siblings, James Kelly and Kathy Lamoureux; and his daughter Shilene Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Jernigan (Ronald), Valerie Perron, Kimberly Montesdeoca (Hector), Kelley Perron (Scott Quidgeon), Shawn, Tania Marshall and Lori Bonini. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, as well as many friends.
