He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Kenney (Beaudry) and Thomas Francis Kenney Sr.; his siblings, Irene "Renee" Baribault Brasche and Daniel J. Kenney; his sister-in-law Linda Kenney; and his grandson Thomas Francis Kenney IV.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kenney (Henne) of Jensen Beach; his children, Donna (Kenney), Molloy (Tom) of Connecticut, Thomas Francis Kenney III (Sharon) of Virginia, William Kenney (Sharon) of Connecticut and Timothy Kenney (Robin) of Florida; his stepchildren, Alaine Procko-Oliveri and Michael Procko of Florida; and his siblings, Carole Couture (Barry), Walter Kenney (Donna) of Connecticut and Robert Kenney (Rita) of Florida. He is also survived by numerous Grand-children and great grand-children.
