She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Eckstrom, Jr. and Anne Eckstrom (Galway); and her brother-in-law Richard "Joe" August. She is survived by: her siblings, William Eckstrom, Jr. of Bristol and Barbara August of Enfield; and her nephews, Gary August (Laura) of California and Douglas August (Barbara) of New Jersey. She is also survived by two great-nephews; two great-nieces; three aunts; and eight cousins.
