He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Berry and Howard Berry; and his brothers, Philip (Sandra), Howard Jr. (Donna) and Dean (Mary).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Berry (Smith); his children, Stephen Jr. (Karen), Brenda, Bonnie and Ginny; his grandchildren, Scott (Alison), Erin, Eric (Lacie), Ryan, Benjamin (Tiffany), Bridget and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Hailey and Charlotte; his siblings, Peter, Anne Hatch (Bob), Sally Perrino (Ralph), Mary Lee Earl (George) of New Hampshire and Lynda Berry of Florida; and also Gilman (Barry) of Maine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
