It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sophie Polak (Bristol, Connecticut), who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Piotr Rokosa and Teresa Rokosa (Gruca); and her sister Kazimiera Chyra. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Peroulakis, Christine Martynski of Jupiter, FL and Mary Gorecki (Richard) of West Springfield, MA; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Amanda and Cathy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
