She was predeceased by: her father Arnold Lee Joseph (Buck). She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Chamberlain (Banziruk); her daughter Kadyn Lee Matos; and her brother Troy Lee Chamberlain. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
