She is survived by: her siblings, Suzanne Cook of Bristol, James M. Cook, III (Evelyn) and Carl J. Cook of Bristol; her nephews, James Cook, IV and Robert J. Cook; her niece Darcie Cook-Orlowski; her cousins, Thomas and William Cook; and her caregiver Theresa of Bristol Hospital.
