It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ryan O. Mullen of Bristol, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Elba Tirhado Mullen; his parents, Jeffrey E. Graham of Waterbury and Vickie Mullen-Gillyard of Waterbury; his children, Zion Hayer and Ryan O. Mullen Jr.; his stepdaughters, Tatiana Armstrong and Leila Armstrong; his siblings, Zarquavius Mullen, Michael Mullen-Gillyard, Joshoel Mullen and Tatiana Jones; his niece Vintia Mullen; and his grandmother Wanda P. Jones of Waterbury.
