He is survived by : his spouse Elba Tirhado Mullen; his parents, Jeffrey E. Graham of Waterbury and Vickie Mullen-Gillyard of Waterbury; his children, Zion Hayer and Ryan O. Mullen Jr.; his stepdaughters, Tatiana Armstrong and Leila Armstrong; his siblings, Zarquavius Mullen, Michael Mullen-Gillyard, Joshoel Mullen and Tatiana Jones; his niece Vintia Mullen; and his grandmother Wanda P. Jones of Waterbury.
