She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nass and Emma Nass (Stockman); and her sister Jeannine R. Nass. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Ethier (Tom) of Torrington; and her friends, Marilyn Dormody, Maureen Nadeau and Loretta Teevan.
The family thanks all the caregivers that cared for Ruth over the years: from Companions and Homemakers, Susan Palaia, Sarah Geary, Fran Marquis, and Janice Carr; the amazing Tyson Belanger of Shady Oaks who provided advice and assistance in the care of both Ruth and Earle, and the compassionate staff at Shady Oaks who tirelessly cared for Ruth and kept her safe from the Covid 19 virus.
