She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Dale Duguay; her parents, Carmen Slack and Philena Slack (Christmas); her brother Clarence "Red" Slack; and her pet Rosie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Dobrowolski of Bristol, Michelle Rubin (Joel) of Bristol and Lisa Johnson (Tim) of New Britain; and her siblings, Carmen "Skip" Slack of Chester and Mary Kay Albert of Westbrook. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
