He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael DeFonzo and Concetta Saturno DeFonzo; his former wife Gladys King DeFonzo; and his children, Valerie Withington and Michael DeFonzo.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Casadante DeFonzo; his grandchildren, Gina Williams (Danny) of Rockfall, Michael DeFonzo (Fallon) of Clinton, Thomas Withington (Lisa Pollard) and Tory Withington (Tyler Stewart); his son-in-law Thomas Withington (Ann Michalowski) of Madison; his great grandchildren, Rocco, Gianni Williams, Concetta Withington and Ryann Stewart; and his sister Frances DeFonzo.
