He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Leone and Mary Leone (Pagliaro); and his siblings, Rafael "Dicky" Leone and Mary Krolikowski. He is survived by: his children, Gary Leone (Lynne) of Bristol, Kristine Butler (Otis) of Bristol and Cathy Robillard (Emil) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Jason, Douglas Robillard, Mark Lubelczyk, Ryan Brewer-Leone, Jake and Gianna Leone; and his great grandchild Emily Robillard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
