Herpak (Bristol, Connecticut), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Bernadette Herpak-Glisan (John Glisan) of Pittsburgh, PA; his brothers, Russ Herpak of Bristol and Mark Herpak of Bristol; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Zackery, Isaiah and Oliviamorgan.
