He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Sommer of Bristol, CT; his children, Kimberly DeRoehn (David) of Lebanon, CT, Robert F. Ruddy III of East Hartford, CT, Scott Ruddy of East Hartford, CT and Chantelle Ruddy Donovan of East Hartford, CT; his stepdaughters, Lori Walsh (Evan) of Southbury, CT and Lisa Maley (Steve) of Lincoln University, PA.; his grandchildren, Robert, Christopher, Carlee, Chaniyah, Cailin, Sophie and Hudson; his great grandchildren, Robbie and Charlotte; his sister Pamela Ruddy Brown of South Windsor, CT; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Ruddy and Denise Ruddy of East Hartford, CT. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
