He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Machia and Edna Machia (Creller); and his brother Robert Machia. He is survived by: his spouse Pia Machia (Pellerin); his daughters, Nicole Malvezzi (Thomas) of Bristol and Brittany Machia of Bristol; his siblings, Donna Trainor of Tariffville, Lloyd Machia of Virginia and Deborah Corey of Virginia; and his grandsons, Sebastian and Julian Malvezzi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
