We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2020, at the age of 77, Richard F. Neill (Bristol, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Neill (Sicilia); his parents, Frank H. Neill and Yvonne Neill (Goulet); and his sister Laurine Drapeau. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Neill of Bristol and Sarah McClure (Steve) of Roanoke, Virginia; his stepchildren, Bruce Boucher (Francine) of Bristol, Gary Boucher (Marcella) of Berlin and Julia Burne (Nathaniel) of Watertown; and his sister Patricia Neill. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren; his two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
