She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanislaus Markiewicz and Anna Markiewicz (Kuczek); her husband Andrew; her son Mark Schittina; her daughter-in-law Juanita Schittina of South Burlington, VT; her daughter Susan Hardy; her son-in-law Ralph Hardy of Wayne, PA; and her siblings, Edward Markiewicz and Theodora "Doris" Kowalski. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
