He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Devoe; his aunt Janice Smith; and his uncle James Michaud. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Devoe (Tuttle); his mother Yvette Devoe (Michaud) of Southington; his son Randall B. Devoe, Jr. of Bristol; his brothers, David Devoe of Meriden, James Devoe (Karen) of Wallingford, Roger Devoe (Beth) of Hamden and Michael Devoe, Sr. (Rita) of Wallingford; his stepdaughters, Natalie Lynn and Belinda Rose Burke; his aunts, Tina Bernacki of Litchfield, Linda (Donald Eumenidi), Barbara (John Ginnetti) and Nancy Bell (Roy Devoe) of Bristol; and his uncle Kenneth Smith of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
