Phyllis D. Heath Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis D. Heath of Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on June 28, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne B. Heath, Sr.; and her parents, Joseph Dutkiewicz and Aurele Dutkiewicz (Gagne). She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Harmond (Richard) of Katy, TX, Wayne B. Heath, Jr. of Bristol, Richard A. Heath and Christopher E. Heath of Lakeridge, VA; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Robert and Sarah Harmond. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
