He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ouellette and Christa Ouellette (Trautenbach); and his siblings, Edward M. Ouellette and Barbara Ouellette. He is survived by: his child Layla; his wife Pamela Spada-Ouellette; his children, Fawn Ouellette (Kelly McKeon), Beau Ouellette of Forestville, Mollie Ouellette (Todd Graver) and Hilary Martin-Ouellette of Forestville; his granddaughter Layla Ouellette; his sister Karen Kruger (Andy Kruger) of Ellington; and his nephews, Eddie (Emma), Kaleigh, Jacob (Katie), Eric and Jason.
