He is survived by: his fiancée Denise Roy; his fiancée's children, Kelly and Andrew Bouchard of Bristol; his parents, Leigh McCormack and Eleanor McCormack (Page) of Murrells Inlet, SC; his brothers, Kirk (Patricia McCormack) of Plantsville and Peter (Paula) of Southington; his niece Melanie McCormack; his nephews, Ryan (Jackie McCormack) and Derek McCormack (Carolyn); his great-nephew Christian McCormack; his godchildren, Annelise Mackiewicz and John Mackiewicz; and his pets, Foxy and Jack "Sparky". He is also survived by many friends, and coworkers.
Wearing masks, social distancing and other safety protocols are required.
