He is survived by: his spouse Mary Battista (Webb); his parent Antoinette Battista (Elando); his children, Steve Battista (Birute) of Bristol, David Battista of Bristol and Antoinette Butler (John) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Paula Wilder (Adam), Joshua Battista and John Butler, Jr.; his wife Jessica; his great grandchildren, Brandon Butler (Stephanie), Megan, Austin, Ryan, Katie and Olivia Butler; his grandchildren, Madison Butler and Cole Butler; and also, Jay Butler (Amy) and Jim Butler (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
