He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis G. Asido, Sr. and Remedios Asido (Soque); his son Nelson Asido; his granddaughter Savannah Asido; and his brothers, Hernani Asido and Chito Luis Asido, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Norvin Asido (Tina) of Southington, Myra Chaivanik (Scott) of Bristol and Annaliza Graham (Judah) of North Carolina; his siblings, Alberto, Arnold Asido, Evelyn Asido-Mendoza, Janette Asido-Garcia and Eden Asido-Evangelista; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn Asido, Tyler, Cole Chaivanik, Jett and Jagger Graham.
