He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Sullivan and Helen Elizabeth Sullivan. He is survived by: his son Timothy Michael Sullivan; his siblings, Patrick Sullivan and Judy E. Bemiss (Donald G. Bemiss); and his close friend Kathy Santiago. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
