He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Iverlino and Frank Cassala; his siblings, Carl, Frank, Louis and Mary; his former wife Beatrice Marks Cassala; and his son Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Maragaret Cassala; his children, Edward Cassala (Jean), Donna Theriault (Philip) and Patricia Cassala Gauthier; and his grandchildren, Philip Theriault Jr. (Kayla), Michael Theriault (Diana), Christina Peshke (Chad), Vincent Cassala (Kate), Shaun Gauthier (Ashley) and Kayla Perno (Michael).
