He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Harlow (Lynch). He is survived by: his father Elliot Harlow; and his siblings, David Harlow of Bristol, Richard Harlow (Carol) of Bristol, Catherine Gale (Leonard) of Plainville and Deborah Couture (Armand Jr.) of Bristol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
