He is survived by: his mother Karen Blakeslee; his stepfather Wilbur Blakeslee; his fiancée Tammy Kelly; his stepchildren, Theresa, L. J., Amanda and Madeline Rodriguez; his aunts and uncles, Cathy, Larry Booska, Diane Leonard, Tom LaFountain, Jim White and Betty Michaud; and his cousins, Anita Pisarski, Tony Booska, Theresa Ginley, Evelyn Poppel, Bob Leonard, Judy Belcourt and Nancy Dennington.
