She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Sidlik and Mary Sidlik (Kaczmarczyk); her husband Bernard "Benny" Kozikowski; her daughter Paula Jean Kozikowski; and her brother Clarence Sidlik.
She is survived by: her children, Paul (Susan), David Kozikowski and Marianne Kozikowski; her grandchildren, Catherine, Nathaniel, Benjamin and Jane Kozikowski; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Erik and Rowan.
