Mitchell of Bristol, Connecticut, born in Winsted, Connecticut, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Cyrus Wagoner and Elmer Mitchell; her parents, Harry Martin and Obeline Martin (Dube); and her siblings, Chester, Edwin Martin and Rita McGivney.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell Wagoner (Lynne) of Bristol and Randy Wagoner (Virginia) of Terryville; her grandchildren, Daniel Wagoner, Benjamin Wagoner (Krista), Heather Drahos (Chip) and Ashley Wagoner; and her great grandchild Jack Drahos.
